With over 22 years of dedicated experience in the Aviation MRO industry, Jake has been a core part of Fairhope Aerospace since its inception. His primary focus is on driving quality, safety, and compliance by implementing robust processes, fostering continuous improvement, and leading with a hands-on approach. 

 In addition to his leadership in quality management, Jake serves as the training coordinator, ensuring teams stay aligned with evolving industry standards while cultivating a culture of accountability and growth. He believes that quality is more than just a checkbox — it’s a mindset embedded in every aspect of the operation. 

 

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, sitting in a tree stand, or setting a hook, embracing the great outdoors whenever he can.
