Jon began his career at Fairhope nearly 9 years ago as a hydraulic technician, where he developed a strong foundation in component-level repairs and troubleshooting. Jon soon advanced to Shop Supervisor, gaining leadership experience and a deeper understanding of operational workflows. Jon oversees production operations, drives process improvements, and ensures quality standards are met to support safe and efficient aircraft maintenance.  

Jon was the proud recipient of the 40 under 40 award in 2024.  ​
