Amber joined Fairhope Aerospace in early 2022 and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across Human Resources, Finance, and Operations. In her role as HR Director and Controller, she oversees financial management, workforce strategy, benefits administration, and the company’s drug and alcohol compliance program. She also contributes as Office Manager and Marketing lead, applying a strategic yet hands-on approach to support Fairhope Aerospace’s mission and growth. 

Her career includes leadership positions such as Cash Operations Director, HR Director, and Financial Director, equipping her with a well-rounded perspective on organizational management. Amber holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies with a focus on organizational leadership.

Beyond work, Amber is active in her community, enjoys volunteering and hiking, and spends much of her time supporting her four sons in their various sports activities.
